Parent and baby sessions are designed with new parents in mind—especially those who may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed after welcoming their little one.
You’re invited to bring your baby along for the session. Whether they’re napping, feeding, or enjoying floor time, they are part of the safe and supportive space we’ll create together.

Gentle breathwork to ease stress
-
Calming practices you can use at home-
-
Nurturing the bond between you and your baby.
What to Expect:
-
Length: About 50 minutes
-
Comforts: Weighted blankets, fidgets, and other sensory tools are available to help you feel grounded.
-
Care: Extra time between sessions allows us to thoroughly clean and sanitize all baby items and supplies.
-
Parent-Friendly Space: Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and skin-to-skin cuddles are always welcome.
Because when parents feel supported, babies thrive too. 💛
Your mental health matters—and you don’t have to do this journey alone.
Pediatric Therapy

Therapy for Children and Teens (Ages 8–18)

Every child is unique, and so is our approach. We provide personalized therapy sessions that are designed around your child’s individual needs and goals. Our focus is on helping children and teens feel better, gain confidence, and develop important skills they can use in everyday life. Sessions may include play therapy, art, sensory activities, or music—making therapy both effective and engaging.

For younger children, sessions are usually in person so we can create a hands-on, supportive environment. Teens also have the option of telehealth sessions for added flexibility.

Teen Therapy (Ages 12–18)
Adolescence comes with its own set of challenges, and we’re here to help. Teen sessions are structured much like individual therapy but are tailored to the needs of this age group. We focus on real-life skills such as handling peer pressure, setting healthy boundaries, and building self-advocacy. Sessions often include age-appropriate activities and take-home tools so teens can practice what they learn between visits

Social interaction
-
Other areas where a child or individual may benefit from additional support
This therapy can be especially helpful for individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI), intellectual disabilities, or developmental challenges.

Clinical
Supervision

Are you working toward full clinical licensure in Georgia?
We’re here to support you on that journey.

Our supervision services are designed to help you grow as a clinician in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. We offer both individual and group supervision, and many find that combining the two creates a well-rounded experience—giving space for personal reflection as well as shared learning.

For your convenience, we provide sessions in person or through secure telehealth, making it easier to fit supervision into your schedule.
Since supervision isn’t covered by insurance, this is a self-pay service. Please reach out to us anytime for details on rates, availability, and how we can support your path to licensure
